There is important news for crores of customers of Punjab National Bank (PNB).
If you have a savings account in PNB Bank, then first check its status. PNB is going to close such accounts by this month. The bank has said in its notification that accounts in which there has been no transaction in the last 3 years. Also, those whose account balance has remained at zero rupees for the last three years. It is going to close it.
Notice has been sent to such customers, those accounts will be closed one month after sending the notice. If you want to keep those accounts active, then you will have to go to the bank branch and get KYC done.
पंजाब नेशनल बैंक (PNB) के करोड़ों ग्राहकों के लिए अहम खबर है। अगर आपका पीएनबी बैंक में बचत खाता है तो पहले उसका स्टेटस चेक कर लें। पीएनबी इस महीने तक ऐसे खातों को बंद करने जा रहा है। बैंक ने अपने नोटिफिकेशन में कहा है कि जिन खातों में पिछले 3 साल में कोई ट्रांजेक्शन नहीं हुआ है। साथ ही जिनके अकाउंट बैलेंस पिछले तीन साल से जीरो रुपए पर बना हुआ है। उसे वह बंद करने जा रहा है। ऐसे ग्राहकों को नोटिस भेजा गया है, नोटिस भेजने के एक महीने बाद उन खातों को बंद कर दिया जाएगा। अगर आप उन खातों को चालू रखना चाहते हैं तो आपको बैंक ब्रांच में जाकर केवाईसी करानी होगी।
